Why chair exercises matter ?
We are brothers Tony and Joe Burns who work with a number of care homes in both the City Centre and West End of Glasgow, Scotland specialising in chair exercises for seniors. Below you can see a link to our work that has been published in the media.
We can’t stress enough how effective and how well this has been received by residents, care workers, management and resident families. The residents will sing along, or even discuss with us after the session how this triggered fond memories from their past. We don’t want to just have residents go through the motions, we want them to participate, enjoy and feel like they have gained something from the session and also want to help residents with activities in their day to day lives.
We also own a family run private personal training studio in Glasgow city centre. Our clients range between the ages of 18 and 103. For us, it’s important that seniors are not neglected and we want to provide as much information as possible to help you achieve your health and fitness goals regardless of age. Between us we have 37 years of health and fitness experience.
